We've subscribed to the paper for over 17 years, and while we would get missed occasionally for delivery, we have NOT received the Sunday paper on December 7, 21, 28, or today, Jan. 4, 2015!!! Don't you think there is a problem ?????????? Yes, the customer service department is apologetic and nice - and continue to credit us for the missed papers when we call - but if it's never delivered, what good does that do us?! With a paid up subscription through April 11 now, I'd like some answers and possibly a paper!
I like the paper, when we get it. Delivery just keeps getting more and more erratic. This year we have gotten half or maybe a bit more of our Sunday papers, call and email about it regularly, and get it on time for a week or two, then no paper, or late (such as mid afternoon or evening) delivery, and some papers we have never gotten.
