This group of service staff is always professional. Very friendly, helpful, patient, courteous and attentive to the customers needs. Also I want to especially thank Emily and Bill for the warm greetings they are always the same even when I know some days are more trying than others but I seen any difference. Also the young ladies in the accounting dept. they always have a warm smile when greeting customers.
Tough diagnostic that took an unexpected amount of time. I got a loaner to go get lunch and a lunch place recommendation which I took. It was great too. Then I was given a loaner to use while my truck was getting fixed. They were open on Saturday so I could get my truck back. I feel like they did plenty to see that I was taken care of while they fixed my truck. Which they did. And I am very happy with it.
Amazing place get employees great people clean
Dealt with Bill in service. Probably the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. We were broken down from out of town. He was helpful the whole way. Couldn’t recommend higher.
Everyone was courteous and professional. The service was quick and done correctly.
