I hired Jordana Loughran to evict a non paying hoarder tenant . Jordana was very expensive per hour but I agreed to her price. During the approximate 2 months she seldom picked up the phone and routinely responded to emails in a delayed time frame. She even messed up the paperwork which caused an unnecessary delay. They don’t listen to the client, so create documents that completely miss the client’s intent. Then charge them for that draft and the revision. They are churning up fees.

Dunn Carney took my case Jan. 31, 2024. I engaged them to handle the unlawful conduct of my business partner. This unlawful conduct barred me from all assets, my personal property, access to ALL records of personal and business interest, etc. On Feb 5th the counsel for the opposing interest recommended someone to valuate my business. John Chambers (my counsel under Dunn Carney) neglected to confirm, refuse, suggest another valuator or even let me know that this suggestion was made by the opposing counsel.
