They don’t listen to the client, so create documents that completely miss the client’s intent. Then charge them for that draft and the revision. They are churning up fees.

Dunn Carney took my case Jan. 31, 2024. I engaged them to handle the unlawful conduct of my business partner. This unlawful conduct barred me from all assets, my personal property, access to ALL records of personal and business interest, etc. On Feb 5th the counsel for the opposing interest recommended someone to valuate my business.
