Awesome upscale Apartments in historic building
Building is cool and historic. Building manager was great to deal for the short time we were there however the building owner is a different story who flies off the handle very quickly and was incredibly rude and outright mean on the occasion we met him.
This is a very cool historic building, and an awesome neighborhood to live in! I have been a tenant since 2014 and have no plans of leaving. Helpful staff, on-site laundry, furnished apartments if you want it, and affordable rent. Walking distance to the farmers market, civic center, night life, downtown parades, shopping, and summer concerts.
