Your workers were rude and seemed incompetent to do the job they’re getting paid for . Also the guy making the coffee went and changed the garbage and didn’t even wash his hands before returning to make our drinks . Pretty nasty . The girl heating up the frozen food had a nasty attitude and threw the food on the counter and said here you go very rudely
Coffee is very good, food is OK, service has gone downhill over past few years, and atmosphere is poor - extremely overdue for a makeover and it’s very dirty. Sad. It used to be much better!
My spouse and I both came here for breakfast, the bakery items we had warmed were frozen in the middle and after going back they were still cold in the middle. The men’s bathroom was out of soap and very dirty, the woman’s bathroom according to my Spouse was also dirty and the toilet non-working, was no hand sanitizer as well. The no soap in the male bathroom is concerning because how are the employees washing their hands. Not a great experience.
Placed an online order for one drink got there after 20 minutes and it wasn’t even ready just a bunch of people standing behind the counter looking at each other. I won’t be using this location anymore.
Good coffee. Great service.
