I’ve never left a review before, however after seeing some of the reviews on this store I felt the need to share my day to day experience. This shop is on my way to work so I stop here when I don’t have time to go to Starbucks or Caribou. I like the drink options here but the service needs to be dealt with. The drive through line is always empty and yet I wait 5-10 minutes every time for horrible customer service and incorrectly made drinks. Ordered a blended coffee with raspberry syrup. Perfectly made! Loved it!
Staff is always friendly, and I never have to wait too long, even during a big rush.
The staff was quick and courteous, it has classic coffee shop atmosphere & is clean. That said this was by far the worst cup of coffee I’ve had in a long time. The medium roast on offer smelled & tasted like tires. The muffin advertised as pistachio was clearly just almond flavoring & green food dye. Maybe other beverages are better but having bad drip when you roast your own beans is kind of unforgivable.
Your workers were rude and seemed incompetent to do the job they’re getting paid for . Also the guy making the coffee went and changed the garbage and didn’t even wash his hands before returning to make our drinks . Pretty nasty . The girl heating up the frozen food had a nasty attitude and threw the food on the counter and said here you go very rudely
