Over the course of a little over 2 years, we rented 2 apartments from Dunmore Exclusives. Overall, they'd be the first place I'd call if I was ever in need of a NEPA apartment again The Good: -We never really had to wait long for repairs, there's only one I can think of and that was new custom built garage doors I suckered Dave into providing. This business should be shut down for false reporting of refunds of deposit, lack of attention to repair requests, and threats to have you physically removed from the office property if you step foot on it when trying to resolve a problem. Of course, they had no problem letting you in when they wanted your money.
