As a townhome owner in Cornerstone at Watermill, Dunmar Group is the current company providing our landscaping/grounds maintenance. Unfortunately, the 141 townhomes are being told we pay over $65,000 to them for a yearly fee. This doesn't include the additional sprinkler/grounds/landscape maintenance that the HOA has told us is needed to be paid to this company.
