I would give Lofts at Dunlop and Marwaha Real Estate a complete ZERO if possible! We moved in the end of June 2025. Moved out end of August! The unit had several issues at move in. Dishwasher didn’t work, Missing globes on light fixtures, broken mini blinds, washing machine pan broken with sharp edges etc. NOTHING was ever fixed! We moved into an apartment with out a dishwasher (2) months later moved out of a without an apartment without a dishwasher!
