Sent a front driveshaft in to get a quote from them. Waited 3 weeks then my parts guy who I sent it got a call Christmas Eve saying that my driveshaft was done. Now as it was stated he wanted a quote before going ahead with the work. I can buy a new front driveshaft for 380$. Now when I got my front driveshaft back without giving them the go ahead to fix it in the first place with a bill of 870$ my jaw hit the floor. the manger will refuse to call my parts guy back and will just hang up the phone on you. Dwayne is what good service is supposed to be. He is a true expert, helpful, fast, and fix it right the first time. The thing that impressed me the most was his attention to detail, not just in his work but in his relationship with the customer. He is the rare combination of the master of his craft and a genuine good guy.
I noticed I had a bad u-joint was making noise on my pick up. I swung into See Dwayne He managed to squeeze me in The same afternoon afternoon. Great service on a short notice fix me all up!
We got fantastic service from Dwayne at Dunlop Driveline, cannot say enough good things about the experience start-to-finish.
Highly recommend! Dwayne repaired my driveshaft, and it spins beautifully smooth now.
