Dr. Dunleavy peformed 2 kyphoplasties on my vertebrae in 2022. I traveled 2 1/2 hours both ways from my home for these procedures because he comes so highly recommeneded. He and his staff were very efficient and professional. I was unable to have my husband with me due to Covid protocols, but the nurses assigned to me were kind and kept me company before and after the procedures. Wish I could rate 0. Dr. Dunlevy was quick to diagnosis my husband and do his procedures, but failed miserably and dangerously at explaining the risk, as well as taking unnecessary risk on patients . Do the research, most drs won't do SSV d/t risk of injury to the nerve, dr Dunlevy damaged the nerves of my husband, leaving him in horrible pain the last 10m. he says is He "has no idea why". google damage from SSV ablation, no.1 reason for litigation & he has" no idea why "he's in so much pain!?
