Have to give a shout out today! I brought in my prescription sunglasses that had been broken. The sweet woman (I didn't catch her name) who helped me said they could not be repaired, BUT that she might be able to use a different 'arm' so that I could get by, if I didn't mind that they wouldn't match. When she brought them back out I was so impressed...you really can't tell the 'arms' are not the same! She took the time to find one that was soooo close. AND, it was no charge! Had a corneal abrasion and these girls stayed after on a Friday to help me. Did not seem the least bit annoyed about it either. Then on a Saturday Eddie Dunlap came in to check me out when it got unbearable and had me feeling better in hours so I could continue to take care of my patients all weekend and again did not rush me nor was he annoyed he had to come in Other eye drs in the county didn't even call me back
I love them! Amanda at the front desk went above and beyond when my insurance changed. Some would have said good luck and come back when you find out, not this team. The ladies can put one pair of glasses on you and that's what I always have walked out with. Thank you for your service to the community. Dr. Janice cares more about you than just your eyes�
