I've Never Been Here. But I Do Have One Question. By Any Possible Chance, Does The Rent Here Depend On Our Incomes?
We lived here from 2015-2017 and had a great experience. Any issues we reported were quickly resolved. The management was great.
Dunlap Square Apartments is centrally located to many amenities, such as, shopping, parks, library, and government buildings. The management and staff are helpful and respond quickly, and effectively, to questions or concerns. It is a very nice place to live.
Great apartments and leasing company. I have now had three different apartments with them. The property manager Michelle is very pleasant and responds quickly to any concerns. The maintenance staff is all very friendly and also quick to fix any issues that may pop up. The apartments themselves are well taken care of. I have referred a few and will continue to do so.
Helps keep downtowns heritage and provide housing also.
