We live on the third floor so noise isnt bad especially living in the downtown area. Of course you have the bars issues on fri and sat and the fire department which seems very busy for such a small town. BUT MGMT DECIDES WHEN YOU GET HEAT OR AC even though you pay the electric bill!!! Since the office is older woment we may NEVER get AC on!!!
Very old building and it shows in the quality of the apartments. Three Sixty Real Estate Solution is NOT doing anything to improve this property. The only thing they are doing is taking in rent checks. The majority of the people living here are low income and they roam the hallways constantly. Management is unprofessional.
Wow, what a dump this placed turned out to be. I would rate the unfinished basement that I lived in better than this place. The layouts are ok, but management obviously did not take the tenants privacy into consideration when renovating this building. If you plan on living anywhere but the 3rd floor, look for another place. I have never lived in a place where I can hear every step that the people above me make. Want a good nights sleep?
