LOVE Dr. Steiner!!
The recent changes not being allowed to leave a message nor ask the answering service to reach the Dr. And ZERO refills can be phoned in...is a HUGE problem!!! That was a HUGH reason I stuck with Dunlap as long as I have, I will be looking for a New Dr's office! You just caused SO many problems this evening - Changes need to be made for the better - Not for the worse! Shame on whoever made this decision 💔
How disappointing to see the review for Dunlap Family Physicians! I've had wonderful experiences with several of the Doctors and I appreciate the fact that there is an opportunity for "walk-ins" -though I am not sure if they are still doing that with COVID going around. I would highly recommend Dr. Pamela Rogers. I've also seen Dr. Chelsie Seffens and Dr. Katie Brenner in the past for walk in appointments. Both of them were excellent as well. I really have loved Dunlap family center so far. Especially Dr Murray. He has surprised me on several occasions with offering treatments that I didn't expect such as stretches or exercises to help some conditions. Also, he is very respectful of personal decisions on things like vaccines. He makes his recommendation and then leaves it to the patient to decide, which I love. Several times I have been resistant to some treatments/tests, but he has shown me acceptable alternatives that can work for me. He is a very practical doc... read more
