Took 4 weeks for lab results called in one tube was lost. Leave messages no phone calls back. My np is great she's sweet but nurses front desk, NO. Lazy rude. On going problems can't figure out. Sent home to deal with it. Seriously bad neuro issues referral was supposed to be sent in they'd call they said. It's been 5 weeks no call and my issues are getting worse had to Even to to ER. I visited Dunlap Family Physicians roughly a week prior to writing this review to establish care with Lisa Ditchey, D.O. While she was ostensibly polite and initially helpful, the result speaks for themselves: within 24 hours of my visit I was dismissed from the practice. In decades of interacting with physicians across five states, this is the only time I have ever been dismissed. When I asked the staff for clarification, no one could provide an explanation.
