I’ve tried to call for a week now to get prescriptions refilled an can never get anyone on the phone.
I visited Dunlap Family Physicians roughly a week prior to writing this review to establish care with Lisa Ditchey, D.O. While she was ostensibly polite and initially helpful, the result speaks for themselves: within 24 hours of my visit I was dismissed from the practice. In decades of interacting with physicians across five states, this is the only time I have ever been dismissed. When I asked the staff for clarification, no one could provide an explanation. LOVE Dr. Steiner!!
The recent changes not being allowed to leave a message nor ask the answering service to reach the Dr. And ZERO refills can be phoned in...is a HUGE problem!!! That was a HUGH reason I stuck with Dunlap as long as I have, I will be looking for a New Dr's office! You just caused SO many problems this evening - Changes need to be made for the better - Not for the worse! Shame on whoever made this decision 💔
