I have been to there separate locations in this practise and everyone has been so nice and helpful! Historically Ive had bad experiences with doctors, turns out, Nurse Practitioners are where it's at! Smart AND have good bedside manners!
Took 4 weeks for lab results called in one tube was lost. Leave messages no phone calls back. My np is great she's sweet but nurses front desk, NO. Lazy rude. On going problems can't figure out. Sent home to deal with it. Seriously bad neuro issues referral was supposed to be sent in they'd call they said. It's been 5 weeks no call and my issues are getting worse had to Even to to ER. Given an antibiotic for sinus infection ended up allergic to that called nurse told her throat is swelling hives etc. She said I can come in f... read more
