Always do a Awesome job on my mower and they have top of the line bobcat mowers
Ryan from Dunlap's did a great job servicing our 1.5 year old Bobcat ZT3500 mower. We did not have any confidence in the place where we originally purchased it, so we looked around for another authorized dealer. The mower always sounded like it was on its' last leg. Ryan picked it up and dropped it off within 2 weeks of having it. We are very happy with the service they did and will use them again for any other issues. We highly recommend Dunlap's.
HORRIBLE!!! We took our pressure washer up there a month ago to have the pull string replaced and a tune up. Called several times and was told we were in line to be fixed. Called again today because we really need it back, and they haven't even started on it!! My husband said "I didn't know it was gonna take a month." He was told "It is what it is." And they HUNG UP ON HIM! Worst customer service I've ever seen. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH DUNLAPS if you want any kind of good service in a timely manner!
