I dropped a head off on December 1st. They never called to give me an estimate. When I called I got an answering machine. I drove there and they tell me it'll be ready in 3 days for $600. 3 days later they say it's done. I go there and it's not ready. 2 days later I pick it up and it's a box of parts they want me to put together. I try and it's missing pieces. I had to go back and demand that they find the parts and put it together. Finally got it back December 21st. Don't waste your time and money.

My daughter's car started smoking and just happen to be near this establishment. She went in and they assisted her immediately. I'm in Japan so I can't be there for her. I'm happy to say that she's off and running thanks to Dunum's. We'll be back.
My mechanic took my daughter engine to this establishment on June 6th and we have had to call multiple times actually too many!!! To get the engine back and it is STILL not fixed. Do not use this place and since you think this irate black woman has no right to be upset CONSIDERING YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID!!!!
