These people are clowns! My wife and I bought a house that they recently "flipped" if that's what they call it. It looks like the work was done by a child. Covered up mold on basement walls, a dishwasher with no hose clamp for the drain hose and no bracket to hold dishwasher in place. They also left a dryer in the basement knowing they're wasn't a direct shut off valve for it.
