If I could give zero stars, I would. I can’t even believe this doctor is in business. Everything is completely rushed. She doesn’t talk to the child and my daughter never had issues with shots but after going here she is violently afraid of them. The doctor asked that I pin my child down hold her by the arms while the nurse hold down her legs and I refused! Extremely traumatizing request. She then just put the shot in my daughter’s leg so far she hit the wrong place and my daughter was in pain for weeks. The second time we w... read more

Dr. Hawit has been my child’s pediatrician for over 5 years now, since birth. She always is very personable, takes her time and always listens to my concerns. She has gone above and beyond for my child and I could not ask for a better doctor. The office is always very clean, the staff is friendly and there is never a long wait time to be seen. I am so very thankful to have found such a caring, and friendly doctor to care for my child who makes you feel like you are part of her own family!
My daughter has been at patient of Dr. Hawit's since she was born. We always get a same day sick appointment when needed and the office has been so helpful whenever we have needed any specialist appointments for our daughter as well. We never leave the office with any unanswered questions or concerns. We are so grateful for Dunkirk Pediatrics.
