The worst mani - peti ever! Had to go back in for nails to be repaired and still not done right. Will not be returning! Must do rating however, there is no negative star so I will go with 1.
Not a fan of their customer service. Need to stop blaming the customer.
I have been a loyal customer to this salon for 12 years. The nail technicians are like family. They are professional and provide the best customer service. The leg massages are great. I highly recommend this spa and appreciate the quality of service they provide.
My daughter and I have been coming to Dunkirk Nails & Dayspa for quite some time and I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service! Rosa and Tony are amazing!! Their attention to detail is greatly appreciated and I look forward to my appointments! It's the perfect time to sit back, relax, and know that you will be well taken care of! The atmosphere is inviting and peaceful and the staff is very friendly!! I would highly recommend Dunkirk Nails & Dayspa to all of my family and friends!!
Decided to give them another try, before I felt "pressured" into getting a service I really didn't want to pay for. I was off work early and they weren't busy so I went in. I had to tell the tech to give me another coat of polish because she only did one and not only that she didn't fully paint all my toes. I was so disappointed, I don't think I'll be going back or at least I won't allow her to do my pedicure again. HOWEVER, she did give me a BOMB foot massage so that was a plus! THE WORST!!!! I just got my hails done at Dunkirk Nails & Dayspa Dunkirk Nails and Day Spa and this is the horrible polish job I got. After the polished dried (gel polish) I told the My nail tech, Rosa, this doesn't look right. She said they look nice and smooth to her and that this was normal � She told me if I wanted her to re-polish my nails it would cost me $25. Now I don't understand some of these reviews. Maybe some of you might have lied on a few details cause all of this negative talk is unbelievable. I stop by there today to kill some time. My nail technician was Rosa and she was fantastic! The vibe of the building was calm, peaceful, and gentle.
