My sister and I went for pedi less than a week ago. I will never go back! We thought we loved the place until we got home and looked closely at our feet. We both had polish on our skin and one of my sisters toenails was only half painted.

Awful place I have gone here a couple of times and had bad outcomes, the salon I usually go to was pretty busy and figured I'd give Dunkirk nails and spa another try and that was the biggest mistake...they are awful and when I told the guy that did my nails I wasn't happy with the outcome he got really nasty...I'm sorry but for the price they charge I don't think that nail polish all over my skin is acceptable and spots were missed..so sloppy..do not go here they are awful not to mention the cold water and then the lady burn... read more

After a bad experience here 4 or 5 years ago, I decided that I would try it again since it's close to home. BIG MISTAKE. Not sure where to begin.....let's see.....waited with feet in tub until water was cold. I asked 'How much longer?". I think that may have been the trigger for the bad attitude and bad service. My daughter and I had the exact same service.........but two different bills. ????? And I'm told that a 5 min shoulder massage is included in the price.....I wasn't offered one. Thought I would give this place a try again. Big mistake. If they are busy they will do a rush job. I had a French manicure when I went in, wanted to get another one. Tony (the owner) put one coat of gel on my nails and said I was done. Didn't even take the old polish off. That was a 45 dollar mistake I won't make again.

So after a long wait to finally get my nails done with friends we decided to go to....and I wasn't pleased with my out come...there was no wait time and the technicians looked well rest so idk why my nails ended up looking like this...I said maybe I'll sleep on it and they'll look better in the morning but noooooo still a mess!!

I always enjoy my time at Dunkirk Nails and Day Spa! I have been a customer since they opened and have had nothing but great service and quality care. I highly recommend this spa to any and all!

Thieves! My daughter was there today and requested a gel manicure for $30. The manicurist made a mistake and gave her a $48 shellac - realized it halfway through and confirmed that my daughter had asked for the gel - not shellac. Finished manicure and INSISTED she pay the $48 even though it was manicurist's mistake. NEVER NEVER going there again and will spread the word far and wide. I saw another review tonight that said the same thing had happened to them. I believe this is a shady business and they were rude! STAY FAR AWA... read more

Seriously, rosa did the most amazing beautiful job on my nails, ever. I've had my nails done on a regular 2 week basis for almost ten years, and I've never been happier with my nails than I am right now. Absolutely amazing job, thank you Rosa.
