Fantastic service at Dunkin's Diamonds! I brought in a watch band that I was struggling to put on myself. They took care of it in no time, everyone was super friendly, and they didn't even charge me for it! Highly recommend!
I have been a customer of Dunkin Diamonds since June of 2025 when I got engaged, and I have only ever had over the moon impressive experiences! Whether you call the store with a question or stop in for a resizing, cleaning, or to buy a new piece of jewelry, the staff is SO kind and helpful. Great Customer service. Fast and efficient from my end. I was searching for a difficult to find set of earrings and Ms. Bonnie Smith from the Port Charlotte, FL store hit a home run by finding them for me. As a result, I was able to get a great surprise for my wife’s 65th birthday. Thank you again!
The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The cost was reasonable and service fast. I had two rings resized. The end result was amazing. Over the moon impressed. I wished I had done it sooner. I have a new jeweler for life. Highly recommend!
