Went in the Port Charlotte location to size up my wedding ring, and from the moment I walked in friendly smiling faces greeted my husband and I. Going to your Port Charlote store was probably one of the worst decisions I have made. I understand the employees have to make sells and commissions, but by deceiving and lying to customers, they will only continue to lose business. I will never purchase from Dunkin Diamonds again just because of their poor customer care. And I have purchased plenty from other Dunkin Diamonds stores before.
