If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Having a coffee shop in an airport that moves this slowly is unacceptable. The process starts with a kiosk, but after that, everything grinds to a halt. The staff works at a snail’s pace, there’s no visible efficiency, and no manager stepping in to help or direct. Nice hard working people, dealing with a bunch of people who want their drinks yesterday. Friendly staff despite needing more help. 5 stars in my book - French Crullers are too good.
Worst location ever. Can't toast but still sell bagels. Doesn't mention any of it while ordering
I've been to Midway half a dozen times, and have never once been able to get a donut or coffee because of the long line.
