Our "Hot" Drinks tasted like they had been sitting on the counter for a few hours. They actually tasted like a teaspoon of flavor added to tap water. We asked for 2 vanilla cream donuts , we received custard filled. The sausage egg and cheese croissant was also cold. Take some pride in your job

Horrible Iced Tea, plus it's $6! I don't mind paying if it's good But tasted like coffee.
Incredibly rude staff. At 5:21, they still weren’t open but there were two girls standing behind the counter. Asked what time they opened and was told “when they finish setting up the store.” Completely unnecessary attitude. As if it’s anyone else’s fault but their own that they’re so behind. A simple “we’re running late but should be ready in X amount of minutes” would not have been hard.
Staff this morning is awesome. Made the drinks, honestly, exactly how Dunkin invented they be made. Donuts were fresh and warm. Very kind staff. Make sure to swing through here when I'm at this airport next.
