Everyone, I just had a horrible experience trying to order coffee from Duncan at the Charlotte, NC Airport /E-28 gate… I walked up to the Cashier and was not greeted with nothing but silence. Then, I conveyed the type of drink that I wanted and the Cashier, asked me with an attitude “put ur card in and answer the question”. Experience was extremely horrible. When I first reached to the register, the cashier look as if she did not want to be there her attitude Facial expressions was unwanted. I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese and a caramel craze latte. What I received was a toasted bagel with cream cheese on the side and a latte with no caramel when I ask for it to be fixed I got the nastiest attitude truly unacceptable I’ve never experience this bad service.corporate please do better.
