I was standing in like here while waiting for my flight looking to get some coffee to relax after a long, stressful flight as well as a couple of donuts. Right before I get to the counter, the person in front of me orders a donut and when the employee grabs it from the tray she drops the plate of donuts on the ground. The girl working was either high out of her mind or does not have the mental capacity to work. I tried ordering 3 things. I had to repeat my order at least five times. Two people ahead of me left because she was taking so long on a previous customer who seemed to have one donut and a drink. She had no regard for anyone’s time or care to even pretend to. Terrible customer service. Cashier didn't ring up my full order of TWO items, because I guess it was too hard for her. When I asked for my food she looked at me and said "I didn't charge you for that" and then just ignored me and didn't offer to assist in ANY way whatsoever. I guess I was supposed to get back in line behind 20 people. Do better, do better...if you make a mistake offer to fix it don't just ignore the customer. I'd love if she was fired, but she won't be.
