Tried to make me pay twice, I ordered online, then tried to charge me at the drive thru. Ice coffee was ALL ICE, maybe 3 Oz of coffee. Shady Grove location is the worst!
Don’t come in here It’s a waste you ask for extra caramel and pay for it and don’t get it. They always don’t have caramel.
I'm not sure the service could possibly be any slower at this location. I tried coming here years ago when they first opened and I had the same experience. Tried it again today thinking they must have improved since my first time. But no. And then when you finally do reach the drive thru window they have no idea what your order is, even though you confirmed it with two different employees at the speaker.
