The Tim horton's donuts taste is better than dunkin' donuts
I bought some coffee with my lunch and the lid was unsecured. It was spilled on my left hand and I received 1st degree burns that caused me pain for 3 days and limited my ability to work with my hands. I filed a complaint and spoke with the owner about the situation and he told me the best he could do is give me a 20$ gift card. I will never make another purchase with dunkin for the rest of my life. I spent 20$ everyday at this location for over a year and the owner was making this out to be my fault.
