The service at this location is amazing! I come through every day and Amanda and Brenda know exactly what I want and how I like it. Their dedication to customer service is something some people could learn from. Always happy and greeting me with a smile! I feel like we are friends. I usually go to this location all the time but lately im not sure what’s going on . The manager is so rude , everytime I go there she’s outback having a cigarette. I go inside today , she’s back having a cigarette the smell is coming inside , and a coworker is eating a pickle . Like is this a restaurant or a free for all ?
This used to be the best Dunkin around. That was until the long time manager left. Now everything has gone down hill, my coffee is always horrible, I order on the app prior to leaving my house and by the time I get there the coffee still isn't even ready. (Sometimes up to 15 minutes after ordering) Customer service doesnt exist in this location anymore. When you try to get a staff member to fix your disgusting coffee they all respond with attitude like your inconveniencing them for their mistake. You got hired to work a job ... read more
They closed early for no reason on 5/28/2025 and didn’t even put up a sign saying that they were closed. Wasted 5 minutes waiting at the drive thru.
