They're always out of what I originally wanted. Today received a bagel and cream cheese with several strips of white plastic in it. Never returning again.
Bruh they always got some person that hates their job working and forget something everytime and this time my sandwich don’t even have a bottom edit: ive been here several times and I’m gonna stop going it just never gets better workers not trained unprofessional will sit here for 20 minutes watching no one doing orders. The blonde manager is absolutely rude.
Stopped by this morning, excited to have the first Dunkin on our road trip from TX to NY. They were out of several items we tried to order (both beverages & food), and the “latte” is just hot coffee with a splash of almond milk (a fine drink, but not what we ordered & paid for). The staff just absolutely did not GAF, and I would imagine it’s because the management / owners of the location don’t, either. Do NOT come here the air conditioning doesn’t work and they are always out of supplies . How can a coffee place be out of creamer every single week . I feel bad for some of the employees that’s actually nice . DO NOT COME HERE
