No soap dispenser in the bathroom, employees were rude and literally wearing their pajamas. Employee also smoked a blunt in the parking lot and proceeded to walk back into the kitchen without washing her hands.

Service can be a bit slow on busy days, or at breakfast & lunchtime. The staff is courteous. Dine-in area is rather minimalist. To have good atmosphere, bring your spouse, a friend or two, or partner. Clean but minimalist.
Omg. Placed a mobile order while waiting in the drive through... its been 45 minutes and I still havent made it to the window yet... the sad part... only 3 cars ahead of me. This is absolutely insane. Got a Carmel coldbrew... doesnt taste of caramel at all. Worst experience ever. If youre in a hurry at all... this is definitely NOT the place to go. Food was under cooked. Drink was awful Worst $20 ever spent. Feedback: Google rating should be listed on the dunkin mobile app.
