Stopped by this morning, excited to have the first Dunkin on our road trip from TX to NY. They were out of several items we tried to order (both beverages & food), and the “latte” is just hot coffee with a splash of almond milk (a fine drink, but not what we ordered & paid for). The staff just absolutely did not GAF, and I would imagine it’s because the management / owners of the location don’t, either. Do NOT come here the air conditioning doesn’t work and they are always out of supplies . How can a coffee place be out of creamer every single week . I feel bad for some of the employees that’s actually nice . DO NOT COME HERE
Ordered a cold brew and a sour cream donut. Got to the register and was told they were out of that kind of donut. Okay, fine - blueberry works. Got home to find a plain cake donut waiting in my bag 🥲 Based on the other reviews I should have just checked. Shame on me. Donut was fine, but c’mon
Terrible service, waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru and finally got to the window and they asked what i ordered, I just pulled off . It was only 3 cars in the drive-thru
