This Dunkin' Donuts sucks of course it's the only one around so you're forced to stop by here as I did Friday just to be greeted by a two of the rudest workers I have dealt with in a donut shop there's a order kiosk in the lobby not sure if that's for pickup orders or in store orders the three workers behind the counter don't bother greeting you or saying hello they're too busy talking when they do finally bother getting around to you almost 15 minutes later after multiple customers are coming in the store standing there all... read more
I have tried to order avacodo toast several times and by far this is the worst out of all the dunkin stores I have been to. I don't even bother stopping here anymore.
Not coming back to this particular location, food is ok, coffee is decent. Donuts suck in price to portion ratio. Bit over priced to be honest. My biggest issue here is the customer service. The big (heavy set) ladies working the morning shift are passive aggressively rude,lazy,and not willing to do more than the minimum! No ketchup or napkins were offered and nothing besides our order was served to us through the drive thru. Horrible experience! Came on 2/21/26 @11 the heavy set man was cook and was touching the food and cash register with his gloves. The gentleman on shift rude didn’t even geeet people. They had a long line and just kept ignoring and making drinks. I walked out. The gloves on the food and register took me out.
Since they changed employees again.. the ice coffee itself has gotten watery again.. i feel like i am drinking water and sugar
