The donuts are old and hard rock like they are from yesterday old. The music is crazy loud. The staff barely hear what we were trying to order and she kept asking what?.. what again?? That was so annoying that we had to say it over and over 3-4 times to order each donut. When we complained the music was too loud, she said the manager set it that volume level and she couldn't adjust because she will get in trouble!
Ive been here a few times and service is awful they take forever to make the food. I order my drink there was more ice and foam than liquid, ridiculous. Bunch of lazy workers there.
Wifey was craving a lil coffee drink and a bagel after a late afternoon appointment nearby and we stopped by after finding all the other bagel shop options closed or way too far away. I could also use a little pick me up before the drive back into LA proper. At the drive thru we ordered an Oreo coffee chiller, mango pineapple refresher, ham and cheese croissant and a lightly buttered bagel. The worst experience ever in my life with the lady who was taking my order at 730 pm
The little girl that was there today at 6:28 on the mic in the drive thru has no patience and is annoying. No type of customer service experience, literally rushing me without supporting my questions. + taste like 2 day 3 day old donuts 🤮.
