Place is dirty and customer service is nonexistent. Iced coffee was terrible and the cashier appeared to be bothered by the fact that she had customers to help. Never going there again!
Unfortunately, this is the only Dunkin near the hospital I work at. For the past three years, they have ALWAYS been out of the cookie butter latte ingredients. Literally, every single time they are out of items I want, it’s such an inconvenience. And the girls in the drive-through always have a weird attitude. The grilled cheese I get is always burnt, never fails with this location. I never learn my lesson.
