We are older adults and it was our first time going to a Dunkin. Never again. This Colton store was dirty & nasty. The customer service (if you want to call it that) was terrible. It took at least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence, then, another 5 minutes to help us. The sweetners were not accessible, I had to reach over the counter, and, the napkins were on top of a filthy trash bin. Ewww. We purchased the $5 special with med. coffee & two wraps. Credit card reader was broken, I live dunkin coffee. The coffee was terrible. Very bitter and had lots of coffee grounds in it.
The WORST customer service. No greetings, nothing. It was like my kids and I, were invisible. They want everyone to use the digital ordering so they just ignore you. Back to Krispy Kreme and Starbucks where customer service matters.
