They suck sorry not sorry. We spent $40 and food was terrible. Ice coffee was watered down and hot chocolate was watery, sandwich 🥪 was dry and no flavor. Never again!
I really wanted to like this spot more. It took near 15 minutes to get a small coffee and 10 munchkins. The coffee was fresh brewed which was good. The ordering via kiosks and lack of personal attention and slowness as I ordered just before 2 PM was a turn off. Dunkin you let.e down on this occasion.
They busy in the morning and never have any bagels
Door locked at 7pm even though it’s open until 8 and at 7 said they would not serve anymore food.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The lid wasn’t on properly and it popped off of my husband’s hot coffee and spilled down the front of his shirt, all over the table and floor, the napkin dispenser was empty, I told the employee and she just looked at me, I told another employee and she said she would be right out to clean up the mess and bring some napkins which she did not do. Not one person came and asked if he was ok after spilling hot coffee down the front of his shirt.
