After a little over 10 years of coming to this place maybe more, i've begun to visit less and less. The staff in addition to being reduced are terribly unprofessional (mostly at night) and they rarely ever have a variety of donuts and muffins to choose from. Good customer service is lacking these days it seems. Too bad that Mike's Diner is closed just across the street because, this store in no way makes up for quality pastry, food or anything else besides coffee. Their ice cream is over priced and of average quality.
I ordered online and they accepted it but when I go to pick it up the man says their closed keep in mind that I ordered at 7:12 they close at 8pm that’s what it says online, but then he’s going to tell me that their closed and just dismiss me, why accept it if you were closed, didn’t even try to help me I will not be ordering again unprofessional and rude.
