Drive thru experience was wonderful, got something newish and enjoyed my drink
i don't understand how they can be out of coffee - don't they start a new pot as soon as they see the pouring pot is 1/2 empty. i ordered, then paid, then got change and the 4th time they came to the window was to say "SORRY WE'RE OUT OF COFFEE, WE HAVE TO BREW MORE'. at any point the first 3 times they came to the window they could have told me that. afater waiting a few minutes i left without any coffee. didn't have 10 minutes to sit and wait longer. this is not the first time this has happened at this particular location.
People seem friendly. But awful options. Wanted an egg sandwich they said they can’t because the eggs are too frozen. I said okay then a donut… they didn’t have a single donut. I mean you’re called Dunkin’ Donuts. I would maybe understand if it was late in the day but it was still early morning
Bad customer service by manager.
