I ordered a pumpkin cloud latte and told them to use almond milk because I'm severely lactose intolerant. They didn't and now I'm running to the bathroom like crazy at work and needing an ER visit. This location needs to train their staff better because they are costing people their health
Great coffee
Very friendly staff, the Manager Melissa very pleasant always greets you with a smile.
I went through the drive thru the girl taking my order was genuinely one of the rudest, incompetent, and unintelligent people I have ever interacted with. As I was ordering she kept repeating the order and asking if it was even on the menu (it was.) I was having issues paying with my apple pay so she shut the window as she saw I had my hand out with the card. She then proceeded to give me the wrong food and had me waiting for the “correct” order which not surprisingly was yet again, not what I ordered.
