Very disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin’ drive-thru. I ordered an Iced Oreo Matcha, but the first drink I received was completely wrong. After asking for the correct order, I finally got it, only to find that the medium-sized cup was barely filled, as shown in the photo. To make matters worse, the drive-thru employee was rude and made the interaction uncomfortable. They always text me nice and get my orders correct, love the protein Latte.
I’m done with this location! We were ordering EVERYDAY in the mornings and they weren’t putting the flavor swirls in my coffee. I was paying extra and they weren’t even putting anything in my drinks. I had to come in everytime and tell them. When I go to other locations, I have no issue at all. The amount of money I spent there and they keep ripping customers off.
