Attention to detail is severely lacking here …. Always have to repeat myself 10x and act like I’m talking to a child for the order to be correct…. Many times after the drive through I have to walk in because something was wrong…
I waited 25 minutes in short line thru the drive thru for service. Very slow service at this Dunkin donut store.
The wait in the morning is always so long and the attitude of the lady in the front sucks so bad, the last straw was today.. really.
The food is usually inconsistent but the location is on the way to work. Except for 1-2 folks that work there, the customer service is horrible. Didn't even end up getting my order this time.
