Today, I visited the Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a cinnamon roll and a cup of coffee, and when I asked if they could warm up the cinnamon roll, the employee said no. When I inquired about warming up sandwiches, the employee referred to me as "girl" by saying, "Girl thats what I said" over the intercom, which was extremely disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Yesterday I went to the drive-through at this location and ordered a $6 meal deal. When I got to the window, the assoc said I only owed $1.47 for the order. Shocked, I asked “why?” … She replied that the Owner is buying everyone’s order today. Pleasantly surprised, I said “wow, really”? She responded, “yes, that’s just the kind of owner we have” :) I just want to take a moment today and Thank this owner publicly. If I had a larger platform I would share this there too.
