Oh my goodness!! THIS LOCATION IS AMAZING!! When the employees took over Tom Hill location and refused to serve me, I had to find another store to get my frozen espressos. This is the place! The second shift crew are SO kind and the coffee is right every time. I never noticed how poorly the drinks were being made at other locations until I frequented the Forsyth Rd. store. It is always clean and the staff is exceptional…. Without a doubt my favorite Dunkin location.
Routinely very slow service. Even when picking up mobile orders placed in advance.
