This Dunkin has gone down hill since the fall. I am a regular and the new employees can't come close to making coffee the way that the old employees could. Very disappointing. Not sure these employees care about customer service or keeping the store clean as there are always crumbs in the tables and on the floor donut case. This place needs someone that cares.
The ordering kiosks are not connected, I stood in line for 5 minutes, 3 employees didn’t greet anyone in line or acknowledge the 3 people waiting while they made drinks. I came out to the drive thru and was greeted faster. Long wait. They need more staff or better management, they were all making drinks all over the place didn’t seem like there was a system in place at all
The customer service is consistently disappointing. Today, I ordered a Matcha in a medium size and paid $6. When I received my drink, the matcha powder was just sitting at the bottom, completely undissolved. I politely asked the employee to mix it properly, and she returned with an attitude. 15 min wait time inside the store for a drip coffee is ludicrous. Get a grip guys. Pay more and hire maybe 1 more employee?
