Terrible service
Could tell I’m not a fancy coffee guy but didn’t help and proceeded to give a a trash coffee with half foam half latte for 6 dollars. Don’t be messing with peoples money. Next time I’ll have a lot of loud words to say with the coffee on the side of your building. Complete waste of money. Had to go to QT to get a real coffee. So sad.
Walked in and out with my black coffee, no complaints. Very clean establishment. There is a Jimmy Johns and convenience store inside as well.
I used to never go to Dunkin Donuts until I went to this one. Now I don't go anywhere else! They're always really friendly at this location and are really good at what they do. Would 100% recommend to anyone
SANDRO the manager has poor customer skills . I let him know the drink I bought from this location was sour and didn’t taste right. He refused to make the situation right. I provided proof of purchase and he still refused. I called the store numerous times to report it and no one answered. This is a shame since I purchase from this location 3 times a week. They have lost a customer over 1 $6 drink. Again he lacks empathy and the correct skills to make this establishment any type of welcoming place
