First issue is that I always order decaf and I have to go in to order specifically because they never follow what you order. I’ve order decaf over 3 times and they ALWAYS end up making it with regular coffee (you can see which tap they use) I can’t have regular because it has too much caffeine and I’m pregnant. 1 Star Terrible Experience Every Time I don’t understand how a Dunkin’ can call itself a donut shop and be out of donuts by 4 PM. This has happened multiple times. Not once multiple times. On top of that, they never answer the phone. I’ve tried calling ahead so I don’t waste a trip, and no one ever picks up. So you drive over, wait in line, and surprise nothing is available. Good breakfast options and coffee! Plus they always have a great variety of donuts! My daughter loves the croissant sandwiches here!
Went before 9, they close at 11 and told me they are all sold old. I reasked out of everything? Dude said yes cause they get everything shipped. Gross. I knew Starbucks did this but I didn't think Dunkin did. krispy Kreme all the way.
