Went through the drive thru and the lady told me to go around and I looked at her and said why can’t I just wait? She responded because my order wasn’t ready. She said to go around because a car was behind me, obviously care about their times more than their customers. I’m really getting frustrated. I order from here frequently and my order is messed up half the time. I’m missing a donut I order for my 3 year old and paid for on the app. I order through the app and they will show “no donuts available” but when I arrive I ask them and they say they do have them available but that the take them off the app so they don’t sell them all?? Yamilete was the best rep we dealt with so far at this location. She knew exactly what was going on with orders and inventory and she had our orders out lightning fast. Everything with our order was correct which was a breath 🫁 of fresh air for this location. Her professional work ethics and friendly customer service will keep us coming back to this location. The staff are usually very helpful and efficient. The only drawback is they run out of donuts in the evening. You have to check what they have before ordering because selection is usually very slim. The staff are pretty accommodating. If they had donuts every time I went I would go more often
