The service here was fantastic! I even had to change my wife's latte to lacrosse free halfway through making it and they were more than happy to accommodate. Extremely pleasant experience!
Morning/lunch rush. Drive thru. Out of bagel. Had to get something else.
Very poor customer service from man working drive thru today 5/26/26 around 11:50 AM. I can handle Dunkin being out of bagels. What I can’t understand is the unnecessary attitude from the drive thru employee when I asked a simple follow-up question. Saying “That’s what I just said” in a rude tone to a customer is completely unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of service that makes people want to come back.
This place is super unorganized. No one acknowledges you when standing at the counter. I get the morning rush but at least acknowledge a customer by saying be right with you. Horrible customer service. This place can use some training.
