Ordered a large ice coffee received a hot coffee when I brought it to their attention. They just took the hot coffee, poured it over ice. And that was about it. Kind of short on the drive through when speaking to guest and the woman took my money but then left and other people handed us our food and our drinks
Employee vaping right outside the front door decided since I didnt drive around the whole building she would make up a lie about their pos system not working correctly. Telling me I needed to drive around the whole building, apparently she doesnt know she isn't dunkin donuts traffic control. She could use the steps though. I will not be back and noone at my company or anyone I know will be. Your employees are throwing money away by their laziness and thoughts.
I usually love dunkin but this location is not the best donuts taste dry and if you go inside you get ignored
The people in this store have the worst attitude. The ladies behind the counter are snobby, when the wife and on came in to order I was trying to let them know what we wanted and the lady behind the counter completly disregarded me and would only speak to my wife. Every time I tried to answer he questions she's give me this nasty side eye, and then ask the same question again to my wife.
