This is the worst Dunkin food experience I have ever had. They did not give me almond milk, and they did not add cream cheese to my boyfriend’s sandwich. Also they half filled his large coffee. Waste of $20. Drive thru kids were nice though.
Short staffed and they seldom if ever have fresh donuts. I asked why and was told they are no longer focused on donuts. It's a lifetime brand for me. I get diversifying the menu, but if you put too much on it, and get away from why people come there in the first place, it makes employees burned out, and it shows in the slow service. You really need to bring fresh donuts back at least, and stop selling stale donuts at $2.50 or more each.
TERRIBLE service. Guy at the drive thru had no idea what he was doing and we had to wait at the window for so long that we ended up leaving without our food. This place won't stay around for long with Coldspoon Coffee being right next to it and being awesome.
