I had a terrible experience today, that people don’t respect the instructions that you give them for your coffee and they are also so rude, I order my coffee there and today they pumped 4 pumps of sugar caramel instead of 1 how I requested, I watched her do it! And the bottle had in big letters CARAMEL! she was rude when I called her out and she ignore my order for 10 minutes on purpose 😡I requested my order asap at 4:30 and she wait until finish all the orders to make my coffee again I had to wait 10 minutes more making me... read more
A coffee shop without a single plug. Just garbage and it’s done on purpose so 1 star on purpose.
Cashiers, coffee makers and all the employees, are on point, but the older Spanish lady that cooks the food, always burns the bread, croissants and tots. Please teach her how NOT to burn food!
Wonderful place with friendly staff yeah there are waiting times but it’s to be expected, this is NYC! And if you can’t wait just let staff know you are in a rush. It’s really that simple. I can’t complain anything. Staff member Berta she’s been there for many years and without her, I think the food service would have been downhill.
