Got a dozen of donuts with 3 Boston cream and there was no cream in them

I was super happy when they opened up in Middletown and I was going here about 3 times a week for morning coffee. Half the time the drive thru takes forever, but they are conveniently located near my house and work. Last month I went in the morning and spent about $25 for coffee, another drink, and breakfast for me and my husband. They gave me the wrong coffee and I didn’t notice it until later as I was saving the coffee for the afternoon. I was just going to drink it, but it was so sugary sweet I just couldn’t. I use to always get iced coffee from here, I don’t know what happened but the coffee is not good anymore. It tastes so bitter even with regular cream and sugar.
