Drive thru is quick, but needs to improve efficiency. They always neglect to put napkins in the bag. Also, the app needs to include a way to put ketchup on a sandwich.
I pretty much go for coffee and utilize mobile pick up, occasionally going into store to order. Have had no problems with staff. They have been courteous and friendly. Service overall has been good. Coffee has been solid.
Sell outdated drinks tell them and they don't care they give you attitudes like you're the one that in conveniencing them.
