Great customer service. I was attended by Ariana, She was courteous and knowledgeable and made my coffee just right. The hash browns were perfectly done along with my sandwich. Great job!!
Lili is the sweetest girl. She makes my day. You can get coffee anywhere now but that smile and service takes this dunkin to a whole new level. Thank you
Went through the drive thru with my two kids in the car to get donuts after school and we were attacked by wasps while sitting there waiting to order. When we pulled up to the window, the staff was very nice but informed me that the manager Jennifer is aware of the wasp problem by the drive thru but absolutely refuses to do anything about it. I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience was so bad that I made a Google account just to leave one and warn others. DO NOT COME HERE. Went through the drive thru and it was slow even though not busy. The staff was not friendly and seemed so bored. When I paid they gave me my change and the coins were sticky, I don’t know with that. The coffee they gave me was leaking out of the lid because it was overfilled and I saw this, YES THAT IS a fly, when i removed the lid in the parking lot. Just went through “drive thru” at my new favorite Dunkin however, Miss Jennifer was less than welcoming. She doesn’t smile and isn’t welcoming like the remainder of the staff like Chelsea & Britney, Ali and most of the staff. She is changing the atmosphere in this store, an atmosphere that Chelsea and her staff worked so hard to create in our neighborhood Dunkin… get with the program Jennifer , you are doing damage!
