absolutely horrible customer service!! everyone was acting like the customer was in the wrong for even showing up.
Great service, greeted by my name with smiling faces. Clean and one of the most pleasant Dunkin I've been to.
Disappointed. Sat in second drive thru line waiting forever for a latte.
Very disappointed! I just picked up a mobile order and my drink was filled almost two fingers below the top. The barista handed it to me and walked away before I could say anything. Please ensure drinks are filled properly and that customers can get help if there’s an issue. Thanks
i don’t usually leave reviews unless they’re negative, but this is the BEST dunkin i’ve had in my entire life. the strawberry refresher was made PERFECTLY and my donuts were smothered in sprinkles. the person who took my order was the boy with blonde curly hair who was also very friendly and attentive!
