New employees. Last several times service been great. Disregard below This is the worst Dunkin I have been to in my life. I have probably been there around 50 or more times and at least 48 of those times something was screwed up with order or food was horrible. I was assisted by the sweetest employee. She asked who the donuts are for, and helped me picked the right flavors that middle schoolers would like. I left smiling and will be coming back!
If you’re planning a special occasion, save yourself the headache and skip this place entirely. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts location. I ordered a cake a full week in advance for my child’s 5th birthday with a Hello Kitty cake topper. When I picked it up, the topper was wrinkled and poorly applied, completely ruining the appearance of a cake meant for a special celebration.
