Ordered iced mocha latte, and 50 munchkins, get handed hot coffee and 2 muffins after saying at screen that doesnt look like my order, and dont get given receipt bc well they know the quality of their service i guess. Worst mistake to make at 530am was stopping here
I just bought a hot coffee at this location, and at the end of the conversation about the coffee order, I heard the workers at the window, through their open microphone, say, "Stupid guy, you need to have a little more respect for the costumers and the workers at this location, so you don't insult people." / Note: They had the microphone open 7/26/2025. 7 pm
the coffee here is horrible. felt like I was drinking water an cream. The employees need to stop adding hot water to the coffee.
Horrible customer service!!!! I ordered hot chai latte with oat milk because I can not have dairy. I reiterated that to the cashier because I received no receipt and no label on my cup. I have been sick since this morning. I will be contacting management! Do not purchase from this location!
