Literally the slowest dunkin I have ever been to. Ordered ahead, waited 20 minutes in the drive through line to pick it up. I have no idea whats going on inside, but they need to get it together.
They sell donuts. But there are no donuts.
I ordered drive thru. When i arrived window, my drink was there. But instead of pass my drink, clerk choose to close to window and make me wait 8 minutes with a line. Then they said sorry we are only 2 people here while i can see 3 people inside ar the same time.
I used to come here every day and I still try and hope for a better outcome each time I go and yet that never happens. When I place a mobile order, I usually get the wrong drink. I’ve called and complained about this before. They usually try to rectify the situation by offering me a free drink and I appreciate that. To stop this from happening to me I go through the drive-through, not using a mobile order and still, my drink is made wrong picture included of my milk and caramel no espresso.
