Went in to the ladies restroom. The soap dispenser was inoperable. I opened the top up to see why soap wasn't coming out and saw that the soap was hard.....no longer liquid meaning it had not worked in a while. This is absolutely unsanitary, and disgusting.

This dunkin sucks, orders are not made correctly and the employees do not care.
I spent 40 minutes of my morning trying to get my order right. My bagel wasn’t warmed up like how I asked. My drink was wrong TWICE. The donut I asked for was the wrong kind after telling them the one I wanted twice. I finally went in and they made it all correct. I genuinely want a refund for how much time and gas I spent going back and forth to another Dunkin because 40 minutes over a cup of coffee is insane. Absolute worst drive thru I have ever experienced. Sat for 25 minutes for an iced coffee. They are ridiculous and they didn't even have mocha flavor at a DUNKIN!
