No napkins, bagel wasn’t toasted and I asked for toasted, hot chocolate wasn’t stirred chunks of chocolate at the bottom only one person working seemed like he was the owner so no care in the world

Horrible service. Super slow , not just slow. And then rude no greetings at all. Sometimes they don’t even speak ! Stay away from this location. Of your in a rush lol
the staff is extremely lazy i’ve been to this location multiple times and every time no matter the time of day, they’re never serving any food items. All they want to do is make incorrect drinks and donuts. Nothing could get me to bring my business to this dunkin location.
