I ordered a cocoa mocha latte via the app for walk in. I entered about 5 min after ordering. Was not ready, that’s fine. But none of the 3 workers knew how to make it. The guy making it was making it with matcha. The 3 of them were very confused, I said a mocha isn’t going to be green. Eventually the female worker made it, but it’s nearly flavorless, not even remotely close to the color it’s supposed to be. Thankfully this was from a free drink promo I had, but I’m so upset I wasted it on this absolutely trash.
They wouldn’t serve me because apparently my F250 was profiled 🤣😂🤣👏👏 insanity. Luckily there is like 10 Dunkin’s in a few mile radius. She really got me 🤣😂🤣😂

Very bad customer service
Consistently the worst service and quality of any Dunkin in the area. Slow and rude employees and drinks made incorrectly. I’ve come a few times figuring it’s just a fluke, but it is consistently this bad
