Ridiculously rude ! We waited for 10 min ! They didn’t even look at us ! If you even busy say sorry I’ll be with ulu shortly ! It’s unbelievable !!!!
If you ask, and pay, for non dairy milk (almond or oat) you should be given your request. Allergies and intolerances are a serious matter and should not be messed around with. I ordered a latte with oat milk and ended up being given regular dairy. Pretty scary, thankfully I was able to catch it upon the first sip and went back to have the drink remade.
