Went in around 4:45 today. Was in there for almost 5 mins. Saw one worker and attempted to get her attention. 3 times I yelled excuse me ..she never turned around. Had a headset on and the music was loud. I left. Normally I don't like writing negative reviews, however I was really disappointed at not getting my son the donut he requested. There needs to be a bell for service.
The staff didn't want to clean the salt off the floors so the lobby is locked at 8:30 2/20 .
their doors were locked when they were clearly open and the staff gave us a nasty look when they came to the doors and pushed the doors open. she needs to be taught customer service all over again.
