Stopped in on a road trip at the drive thru was told I had exactly one minute to order was pulled forward and legit forgot about the manager was just shitty to me when he's the one who forgot my order and rushed me thru when ordering do better
Absolutely horrific place to go. Managers are married and will gang up on both employees and customers and be rude as can be. Listening in to the headsets to spy and never lift a finger themselves. Giving customers a time limit to order because they dont want high wait times 🤮 Some people just aren't meant to work in customer service, and its the management at this store. Will gladly take my business elsewhere 😌 Dunkin, do something about this.
I’d give negative stars if I could! The managers there are disrespectful and don’t understand customer service! They treat others as if they have some type of power to be rude.
Don’t know how to treat employees nor customers. I heard female manager yelling at employees and asked employee if it was a normal thing and said employee said it’s 100% normal and she apparently got permission from owner to treat employees like crap. Male manager was EXTREMELY rude to me when I came through drive through. Drink was delicious but service was dead end 0. Will not be returning, until someone puts managers on straight and narrow about respect. Those poor girls that work there deserve better treatment!
