I had placed an online order one morning and when I had gone to the dunkin I went through the drive through BUT I hadn't realized I placed it for a WALK IN, the women that work there were very rude bout it borderline disrespectful. The lady at the drive through CALLED ME WEIRD and mind you she called me names AFTER I had apologized for a simple mistake on my end.l will not be going back to this location because its really not the first time I've had a bad experience here. Unprofessional is what would call it!!!!
The Blue Raspberry Coolatta IS MY FAVORITE was so good! It was super refreshing and had the perfect mix of sweet and tangy. Kinda like a blue slushie but smoother. Not too sour, not too sweet—just right. Honestly, it tasted like summer and I’d definitely get it every. single. time.
Poor customer service wrong order and attitude. Management need to work on it. If u didn’t hear order properly she shouldve apologized instead of being aggressive and argumental. Very disappointed
Great Drive Through Service, I wish they wouldn’t always run out of Cookies & Cream.
