The lady that runs the drive thru on weekdays with glasses is VERY RUDE and short. I am there to give you my business not to be told you're time is clicking and I can't add something on my order. That's a you problem, not mine! If you don't want my business I can take it elsewhere. Management should know what is being told to your customers, because with this mindset you are loosing. She is far from being customer service oriented.
